About Us

My brother (Edward Paz Jr.) and I (Jesse Paz) have had a love for models since we were old enough to read. The catalogs from Americas Hobby Center were huge to us. The dreams of buying those kits advertised within and the downer of not being able to afford them are still vivid. None the less we tinkered on and it gave my brother lots of ideas.

Ideas targeted at improving existing products and inventing new ones. As I grew older I would always add my “two cents in” that would uncover something my brother overlooked or didn’t consider at the time. Later these ideas became more sophisticated and the desire to bring them into fruition grew stronger. However, life or work always got in the way, and so they remained dreams.

My brother worked as a Design Engineer (Mechanical and Electrical) and I worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and Liaison Tool Engineer mostly in Aerospace and then as Sales Engineer for various companies. The idea of starting our own business always crossed our minds. Although, easier said than done until I approached Allan Perry.

I met Allan Perry through my RC flying club. He worked for many years as a Chief Engineer; after leaving the company he risked all to start his own business. The business is now very successful. So I asked him one day if he could help us bring one idea my brother and I had since we were young; that is to fly a control line model airplane outside the flying circle without rotating/spinning with your model. He agreed to help and later agreed to become a partner in our endeavor. His contribution to developing the product and establishing the business is the reason the dream has come true. From this coalition P3 Models was formed. The rest you might say is “history”.

The “Revolution” product is only one of several ideas and/or “dreams” our company plans to bring into reality. Our goal is to offer you quality and reliable products made in America that are also reasonably priced. The products we make and those we distribute will represent the cutting edge technology and fun that this hobby has to offer.
